The property in details:

The Beach House is a recently built chalet with a full bathroom, a large kitchen, a dining room (with baby high chair) and a cozy living room with electric fireplace on the ground floor. Two (2) bedrooms are located on the garden level and give you the right to the most spectacular sunrises with each large patio door opening directly onto the lake. The South bedroom has two (2) double bunk beds as well as a single bed located under the bottom bed. This room is completely closed and contains a bassinet for your little one.The North bedroom is a semi-private room with a “Queen” Murphy bed. In addition, a chest of drawers is at your disposal in each room.

Outside, you will find 2 large terraces to enjoy the view whether in the morning with a good fresh ground coffee or in the evening while raising your cup. A living room is sheltered from bad weather on the garden level, providing you with a relaxing reading corner. The outdoor dining table is also protected from bad weather thanks to its pergola equipped with a metal roof which covers it. A campfire area is located closer to the lake. You will therefore be able to enjoy the stars on your Adirondack chair with a toasted marshmallow in your hand.

The experience:

The ultimate relaxing experience at the water's edge, the property borders Lake Trottier in Saint-Tite, allowing several water sports such as paddle boarding* or pedal boating*. The lake, teeming with fish, lulls you in the morning to the song of little green frogs.

The Gervaisie campsite on the other side of the bay allows meetings between children and parents in addition to livening up the lake in sunny weather.

For nature lovers, the exceptional fauna of the region gives rise to the observation of foxes, great herons, hawks, hummingbirds, etc. Numerous lakes are found around the property.Among these, Lac-à-la-Perchaude and Lake Pierre-Paul. For the icing on the sundae, the property is located very close to La Mauricie National Park.

Many 4-wheel, ATV and snowmobile trails are nearby. In winter, the site transforms into a snowshoeing and cross-country skiing paradise. The Vallée du Parc ski resort is also accessible less than 30 minutes away, in Shawinigan (Grand-Mère).

The proximity of Shawinigan city gives you the opportunity to enjoy its attractions such as its golf clubs, the energy city, its numerous stores and restaurants including the Trou du Diable microbrewery, the Saint-Maurice river, Lac-à-la-Tortue, Lac-Des-Piles, etc. Even closer, Saint-Tite offers the chance to enjoy the microbrewery À La Fut with its exceptional beer menu and a local food menu. And what about the famous world-renowned event that is the Saint-Tite Western Festival. This is really a bucket list event. The festivities extend throughout the village and the rodeo is most spectacular.

To stay in the "cowboy" universe, the GypsyCob St-Tite stable located across the street directly in front of the property allows you to appreciate majestic trailing horses.
