All our properties are located directly on watersides. Whether on the shore of the incredible Lac Trottier, known for the clarity and quality of its water and recommended for swimming or on the banks of the majestic Batiscan River, the most beautiful river in Mauricie, you will fall for it. Our banks are safe for children and completely private. The cottages are accessible in both summer and winter and allow a host of activities in all seasons.

THE WESTERN FESTIVAL
Bring out the cowboy/cowgirl in you! Enjoy the excitement of the Saint-Tite Western Festival, the largest western attraction in Eastern Canada, attracting nearly 600,000 visitors to its village of 4,000 residents during ten days of festivities. A unique experience that includes a world-class rodeo, numerous shows and singers, various activities such as outdoor mechanical bulls and dance tents, local merchandise, etc.

The properties are located 5 minutes from the heart of the villages of Saint-Tite and Lac-Aux-Sables respectively, close to all amenities: grocery stores, restaurants, shops, etc. In addition, the city of Shawinigan located nearby allows you to enjoy its attractions such as the Cité de l'énergie, the Saint-Maurice River, the Vallé du Parc skiing station, its golf clubs and many others are therefore easily accessible to enjoy.
