The property in detail:

L'Ensoleillé is a recently built chalet with 2 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen adjacent to a large dining room and a living room with a very warm wood fireplace. 3 closed bedrooms make up the property. The mezzanine bedroom gives access to the upper gallery and its spectacular view of the Batiscan River. A 2nd and 3rd bathroom are located on the garden level and gives you direct access to the courtyard and the spa. The garden level also has 4 single bunk beds to accommodate children.

Outside, you will find 4 large decks to enjoy the river or forest views, whether with a good coffee, a glass of wine or a nice cold beer in hand. The outdoor firepit area is located close to the hot tub and is accessible all year long, so you can enjoy the stars from your adirondack chair while tasting a delicious roasted marshmallow.

The experience:

The ultimate rustic waterfront log cabin experience. The property is located on the Batiscan River, allowing the practice of several water sports such as kayaking*, paddle boarding*, pedal boating*, fishing and swimming. In addition, the river is navigable for 7 km.

Holy peace! No direct neighbors to the right or left of the property. Despite the feeling of isolation, the cottage is located less than 5 minutes from the village of Lac-Aux-Sables and its famous (navigable) lake where water activities are just as possible in addition to having the most beautiful beach in Mauricie.

For nature lovers, the region's exceptional wildlife gives rise to the observation of foxes, great blue herons, hawks, hummingbirds, etc. Several walking trails are located around the property.

Several mountain bike and snowmobile trails are located near the chalet. Trail #23 passes near the chalet. In winter, the site becomes a snowshoe and cross-country skiing paradise.

The proximity of the city of Shawinigan gives you the opportunity to enjoy its attractions such as its golf clubs, the energy city, its many shops and restaurants including the microbrewery Le Trou du Diable, the Saint-Maurice River, Lac-à-la-Tortue, Lac-Des-Piles, etc. Even closer, Saint-Tite offers you the chance to enjoy the microbrewery À La Fut with its exceptional beer menu incorporating extraordinary food. And what about the world-famous event that is the Saint-Tite Western Festival. You have to experience it to understand. The festivities extend throughout the village and the rodeo is most spectacular.
